Silver Seal as a member of the Brazilian GHG Protocol Program
CVC Corp has just been awarded the Silver Seal as a member of the Brazilian GHG Protocol Program 2023, granted by FGV (Fundação Getulio Vargas), for completing its first Carbon Inventory, referring to the year 2022. The PBGHG Silver Seal certifies companies that are part of the program after the publication of their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventories.
The greenhouse gas inventory is an important tool to support the development of plans aimed at mitigating impacts and accelerating the generation of positive outcomes toward a new low-carbon economy.
Braztoa Sustainability Award – 2022/23 Edition
Since launching its sustainability strategy, CVC Corp has been implementing initiatives aligned with this agenda, for which it has established targets through 2030. One such initiative was the Responsible Tourism Training Program, developed in partnership with Senac SP, which was recognized as one of the winners of the Braztoa Sustainability Award 2022/2023.
The training program focused on the development of the company’s entire Product team, as well as inbound tourism partners across Brazil. It ranked among the 10 winners out of a total of 89 submitted cases and 27 finalists, as evaluated by the Braztoa judging panel.
