CVC Corp signed a commitment term with UN Women to expand the employability and empowerment of the female gender, alongside other leading companies in their segments, at which time we were invited by UN Women to participate in the commemorative event “UN Women – Integration Economic and Social of Refugee and Migrant Women in Brazil”, in which we share the process of hiring and welcoming our first refugee travel agent. The company also assigned, for the first time, a diversity target for all areas of CVC Corp, in its Balance Score Card, which aims to expand its diversity framework by 15% by the end of 2022.
