In this theme many actions were carried out. One of the advances, for example, was the gender equity achieved in our Executive Committee. Currently, this staff reporting to the company’s CEO is made up of the same number of men and women. It was a huge change in just over a year, which even makes us a benchmark for other companies when we talk about gender diversity.

In 2021, the “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion” program was launched, a planning effort to put into practice actions and projects that aim at two main points:

a) Value diversity as a culture, both within CVC Corp – inclusive organizational culture – and in the communities with which the company relates and;
b) Transform the “portrait” of our people – both in its structure and in its composition, making it representative of the diversity of Brazilian society.
